Assistant Manager / Shift Supervisor

Keeping an active role in customer service; maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards. Assist with profit & loss management, following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions. Support with basic recruitment, interviewing and hiring for team member positions along with performance appraisals, disciplinary action and training. Ensure company standards on equipment, facility and grounds are maintained. Maintaining high employee productivity through proper training and a motivational attitude. Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed for preparing and serving all our products. Providing assistance to the General Manager when needed.
Requirements
At least 2 years restaurant supervisory experience. Must be able stand and walk around for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
Education
High school diploma or GED. Some college preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
