Nurse Manager, Maternal / Child

Seeking an experienced manager for 1 East - Women's Services / Birthing Center.
Manages the unit such that the delivery of high quality patient care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained.
M anages and integrates functions to support University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center's goals and priorities.
B uilds effective working relationships among staff.
Provides effective leadership for the Unit.
Continually assess and improve patient care and services.
Fosters quality management.
Manages organizational resources with fiscal responsibility.
Promotes operational efficiency & effectiveness.
Ensures compliance to regulatory regulations in accordance with Joint Commission and State standards.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, BSN required, MSN preferred.
Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience required.
Prior leadership/managerial experience preferred.
Service Lines/Areas:
Women's Services / Birthing Center preferred.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement effective strategies to enhance the financial performance of the department and the organization.
Licensure & Certification Requirements:
Currently licensed as RN in state of Maryland or compact state.
Current BLS certification required.
Current NRP certification required.
Specialty certification preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
