High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 21 years of age. One year of Law Enforcement or Healthcare Security strongly preferred.
Licensure & Certification: Valid State of Maryland Driver's License and proof of insurance required. Certification by the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) must be achieved within two years of the date of hire. Employees are required to attend certification training classes when scheduled by the Manager, Security. Must attend and receive annual certification training in Non-violence Crisis Intervention as scheduled by the Manager, Security.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
