Supervises the operations and staff of the registration functional areas. Prioritizes and coordinates patient flow in functional areas; ensures smooth patient flow to service delivery areas; assists in the development of policies and procedures for patient information, office management, patient flow, patient registration and patient check-in processes. Supervisor will perform quality assurance review, process improvement activities; assist in the preparation of employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Promote and maintains excellent customer service goals. Accurately completes daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned; completes all other duties as assigned. Supervisory responsibility for the registration staff. Education & Experience:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ High school diploma or equivalent required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Post high school education is preferred, with emphasis on business or clinical functions
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Three years experience in hospital registration and customer service is required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ One year experience of leadership is required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Medical Terminology certification is required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ On-call duties required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ CHAA Certified Licensure & Certification:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Medical Terminology Certification is required. Certification must be maintained.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
