Main Job
Responsibilities:
Customer interactions by phone and occasionally in person Answering and generating high call volumes Customer account documentation after interactions Data entry from unsold leads for marketing purposes Scheduling and rescheduling estimates or walkthroughs for customers Reports and Data collection Customer Retention Skills Accounts Receivable & Collections Account activation Dependability - Follows directions, responds to management direction; completes tasks on time Teamwork - Contributes to a positive team environment and works well with others to meet deadlines Must Haves:
Career/Goal driven Excellent customer service skills Excellent problem solving skills Attention to detail Multitasking skills Willingness to learn something new Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite Call center experience Sales experience Job Perks:
